Warner Art Gallery on the lower level and glass case on the first floor.
From Dec. 27 through Dec. 31, the Mamaroneck Public Library is presenting the Winter Show, an exhibition of paintings by 20 members of the Larchmont-Mamaroneck Senior Center Painting Class. Each student will show one piece of art work for this exhibit, available for sale. The paintings on display include watercolors, acrylics, pastels and oils. The classes are held throughout the year on Wednesdays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Senior Center at 1288 Boston Post Road. All of the artists’ styles are respected and encouraged by the teacher, long-time Larchmont resident Patricia Miner-Sutherland, who is a fulltime artist with her own studio in New Rochelle. She has been teaching the class since the senior center opened 40 years ago.
The artists include: Barbara Datino, Eligia Dundee, Angela Forenza, Stella Lasker, Norma Manno-Luther, Varsha Mehta, Norma Perciasepe, Robert Polstein, Terry Price, Robert Reid, Ruth Rutchik, Ann Nardozzi, Barbara Girardi, Soledad Sambrano, Jesse Seligson, Irene Wielgus and Geoffrey Weiner.
